Refund Policy

These Event Terms & Conditions apply to all events organised by Omnia Live Group.

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are managed through third-party ticketing platforms. Refunds are processed in accordance with the platform’s refund policy.

 

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original ticketing platform

  • Processing times depend on the platform

 

3. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Tickets will usually remain valid for the new date

  • Refund options (if any) will be communicated via the ticketing platform

 

4. Non-Attendance

Refunds are not available for:

  • Failure to attend

  • Travel disruption

  • Personal circumstances

 

5. Booking Fees

Booking and transaction fees charged by ticketing platforms are typically non-refundable.
